Ricky Jenner Plumbing, Roofing & Guttering (ABN 22 717 882 091) trades as Ricky Jenner Roofing and is based in Wollongbar NSW 2477. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean that business, and "this website" means rickyjennerroofing.com.au.

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and do the work.

• Quote form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you choose and your message.
• Phone calls and messages: the details you give us when you call or message, such as your name, address and what is happening with your roof.
• On the job: the site address, access notes, and photos of the roof that we take to quote and record the work.
• Website use: how the site is used, through Google Analytics (see below), and the standard server logs our web host keeps, such as the pages requested and the browser used.

Please do not send us bank details, passwords or other sensitive information through the form.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a time to inspect the roof and send your quote.
• To carry out, invoice and keep records of the work.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and licensing records.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

When you send the quote form, your details go to our business email so we can reply. To stop spam, the form requests a one-off security check from this website before it sends, and a hidden field catches automated submissions.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, to tell visits apart. It records things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use and your approximate location. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

We use these reports only in summary form. They do not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.

The map on our contact page loads from Google as you scroll to it. Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies. This website also links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Localsearch and Verify NSW. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your details are kept in our business email and job records and are seen only by the people who need them to do your job. We share them only when we need to, for example with a supplier delivering materials to your site, or when the law requires it.

Some of the services we use, such as Google Analytics and our email provider, may store data outside Australia. We keep enquiry and job details only for as long as we need them for the work, our records and our legal obligations.
